After completing your order, you will receive an email with our payment information. Please transfer the corresponding amount, including the order number in the payment reference.Once we have received your payment, we will usually confirm your order as paid within 24–72 hours . You will receive a separate confirmation email.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping details, including the tracking number and tracking information .No further notification will be sent until then.

Cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped . In this case, please contact us as soon as possible by email .Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
